A: All international orders are currently handled through my Etsy shop. We are currently working on adding international shipping options back here on the main website and hope to have that up and running by the end of the summer.
A: We work as quickly as possible to fulfill, package, and ship your order - which means it's really difficult for us to change any details of your order after it's been placed. Orders may not be changed or cancelled after they have been placed. However, we understand that mistakes happen (I mean, we've all been there and done that!), so if you realize you made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do. If you let us know within two hours of ordering, we can likely help you out. Past that timeframe, we will do our best but are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.

A: We work hard to process all orders within 3-5 business days and get them on their way to you. Depending on the size of the order, and how busy we are at that time, processing times may vary.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. We ship USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail.
